CMiC Service Tracking Management allows users to create, track and manage service requests in real-time. Requests can be routed through a central call center with superior tracking capabilities so facility managers always know the status of individual work orders. CMiC Dispatch supports five different categories - Employee, Crews, Heavy Equipment, and Ad hoc - and can be used to allocate resources.


CMiC Service Tracking Management records completed work orders - along with all related notes and attachments - in the database for billing and reporting purposes. Similarly, users can access historical information to create forecasts for future work, helping to lower costs by staying ahead of schedule. CMiC Service Tracking Management integrates with the other CMiC modules to provide work order costs in real-time, giving facility owners the information needed to make more accurate decisions.
