Frequently Asked Questions

The following questions and answers are intended to resolve common questions for both  first time and previous conference attendees.

  1. What are the dates and location for Connect 2012?

    We are in the process of selecting dates and a location for Connect 2012. A 'save the date' email will be sent to all CMiC clients and partners as soon as the dates and location have been finalized.

  2. Where can I find the presentations from Connect 2011?

    All Connect presentations can be found on the CMiC 360 Client Portal in the downloads sections.

  3. How do I volunteer to be a presenter for Connect?

    Clients can volunteer to present at Connect by emailing their information and proposed session topics to aasawari.kakade@cmicglobal.com

  4. What is the incentive for volunteer speakers?

    CMiC and CMUG jointly offer a $200.00 discount on all speaker conference registrations. Upon registration, the discount is applied to speaker registrations.

  5. What are the registration fees for Connect?

    Fee information will be made available online closer to the conference dates.

  6. Can I bring a guest/spouse to Connect?

    Attendees are free to bring guests/spouses to the Connect site. For a fee of USD $250.00, attendees can register their guests/spouse to attend the welcome reception and themed event ONLY. The registration fee does not include access to any other meals or sessions.

  7. What if my guest/spouse can only attend one of the two available events?

    The only guest/spouse package available includes two events. There are no options available for single events at this time.

  8. Can I pay by credit card for my Connect Registration?

    CMiC only accepts check payments at this time. Please make your cheque payable to 'CMiC' and note 'Connect' on the check/invoice to ensure that the payment is allocated to your Connect registration.

  9. What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code for the conference is business casual  with the exception of  themed events, where we encourage themed attire. Themed attire however, is optional.
